No, you don’t need the previous version. If the repack is complete, you can extract and install it directly. Just make sure you download all the required parts of the repack before extracting.
the repacked version doesnt have a PROPHET folder so it crashes after it finishes the loading screen.
Brother, please download Prototype 2 (Full Game) instead. That version is fully working and should work 100% without the PROPHET folder issue. Please try that version and let me know if you still face any problem.
